Refund and cancellation policy

Boosts are non-refundable

When you purchase a boost, points are applied to your entry the moment payment clears. Because the service is delivered instantly and digitally, all boost purchases are final and non-refundable.

This applies regardless of what happens to your rank after the purchase. Other entries can outbid you, boost points melt 20% per day by design, and seasons reset weekly — none of these constitute a failure of service.

What a boost does and does not buy

A boost buys points on the Limelight leaderboard, which affects your position on this website. It does not guarantee any specific rank, any duration at a rank, or any volume of clicks or likes. It does not purchase engagement on Instagram or any other platform. We are not affiliated with Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc.

Entry removal

If your entry is removed for breaching the content guidelines or terms of service, you are not entitled to a refund of boost points already spent. Points are consumed at the time of purchase, not at the time of removal.

Keep My Likes purchases

The “Keep My Likes” fee, paid when swapping your photo while preserving like-derived points, is also non-refundable once the image swap has been applied.

Subscriptions and recurring billing

Limelight does not currently offer subscriptions. All purchases are one-time. If subscription plans are introduced in the future, a cancellation policy will be added here before any subscription is offered.

Disputes and billing errors

If you believe you were charged in error — for example a duplicate charge or a charge for an amount different from what was shown at checkout — contact us at hello@limelightboard.com with your payment reference and we will investigate within two business days.

Payments are processed by our payment provider, who acts as merchant of record. For billing questions that cannot be resolved by us directly, your card issuer's standard dispute process remains available.
